RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Products must be returned new, unused, and in the same condition as when purchased by Tae Tactical and must be returned with an invoice or packing slip within 30 days of delivery for a refund. 30 days is STRICTLY adhered to. Items that have been opened, inappropriately handled, used, or have any evidence of use cannot be returned for a credit or refund. The product will be assessed and a restocking fee of 20% of the product’s sale price including tax and Shipping. If the customer fails to return the item in the stated condition, Tae Tactical will not process a refund or replacement and the package will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase or credit will be given. Customers that purchase from one of our Tae Tactical Dealers please refer to the purchasing dealers polices.
SHIPPING INFO
We strive to process each order as quickly as possible. All orders will be processed and leave our facility within 24-48 hours. If you have specific delivery needs or amendments to your order, please contact us. While we work diligently to avoid errors, if one occurs, please notify us, and we will email you a return form and ensure the correct product is sent to you immediately. However, we cannot control the delays or mistakes occasionally made by shipping companies.
